Your child will train with a coaching staff whose experience spans both Professional & Academy pathways (MLS, MLS Next, Premier League Academy, ECNL, NCAA, and professional clubs). Through a carefully designed plan, we'll focus on building technical excellence, game understanding, 1v1 toolbox, athletic performance, mental resilience, mobility, character-building and overall well-being. -Boots/cleats (turf and indoor) -Indoor shoes -Shin guards -Refillable water bottle -Snack -Wear so.LA attire if you have it Parking: street parking available Check-in: As you enter the gate, Adrienne will be set up ready to check you in.Departure: Parents have to come to the facility before a player is released (no child leaves without a parent or agreed adult).

WHAT IT IS A Sunday jiu-jitsu experience for young players, run by so.LA with Thiago Rodriguez at Torse House in El Segundo. Two classes, 20 players each. WHY WE'RE DOING IT To support players in learning the following: - Overcoming adversity and challenge - Staying calm in chaos - Being resilient - Being solution oriented and positive - Being humble and grounded - Staying composed instead of reacting - Having honor: in showing up, in the fight, in defeat and in overcoming And to support players in developing the following athletically: - Hip mobility - Agility - Core strength - Balance - Body control - Creativity Scholarships available.
